Would be 5 stars, but the unit keeps disconnecting from wifi. I've got very strong wifi and it's the only thing in the house that disconnects. The issue is with their device. If this gets fixed, I'll update to 5 stars as it's great while it works... When it works. Until this is fixed, save your money and get something way cheaper and more reliable. Edit: it got slightly better for a while, but it's back to being trash. Bought something else that works way better and is a fraction of the cost.

No issues for the first 6 months, now I was suddenly logged out of the app in the middle of the night. Now I can't get back into my account because I had enabled 2FA and I'm not getting the verification code texts. I tried contacting customer support through the chat and no response. I've been trying all morning. Updated the app. Nothing. This is so frustrating, I should have bought the Nanit.

We were so happy with Cubo when we first got it. It was easy to use and had great features. Unfortunately, just as all the recent reviews have stated, it is basically a useless paperweight now. Despite months of their users reporting that the app doesnt stay connected, nothing has changed. Apparently, Cubo thinks it's acceptable for a device that parents use to ensure the safety of their children to not function. Stop adding bells and whistles and just make it do the one thing it is supposed to.
